Graduate of journalism and social sciences at WSPTWP University in Warsaw. She has worked in market research for over 18 years and gained experience at SMG/KRC, MillwardBrown, and Kantar Poland.
In her daily work, she conducts qualitative projects. She works in direct contact with Polish and foreign clients. She prepares project valuations and recruitment tools, monitors recruitment processes, and communicates with recruiters and field coordinators. She is responsible for the project in its entirety, from the moment the client commissions it to the closing stage with the people involved.
She manages online and F2F projects for individual and B2B clients, efficiently navigating all sectors/industries, from medical and financial to the broader FMCG industry.
She is particularly fond of non-standard projects that require implementing new solutions, ideas, and concepts. She is privately a homebody, a mother of a teenager, and a huge fan of healthy living and cats.
