Target Point – 20 years of experience gained in the largest  market research agencies in Poland. We have delivered thousands of projects across various sectors — from commercial and social to EU-funded and political studies. However, we are not a traditional research company. We operate as a research hub — a provider of fieldwork and operational services for marketing and social research. Our mission is to comprehensively support our clients in areas tailored to their specific needs.

As a research hub, we support our business partners in qualitative recruitment and offer a full range of services at every stage of the research process. We moderate FGIs and IDIs (both offline and online), conduct analysis and desk research, and prepare reports. We also facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions. But our work goes far beyond discussions, research techniques, and reporting. It also involves complex logistics, dozens of collaborators, kilometers of cables, hundreds of devices — and above all, an experienced team that knows how to manage it all.

We provide dedicated research and workshop facilities. Our focus studio, situated in the very heart of Warsaw, comprises five fully equipped rooms, including observation areas and an interpreter’s booth. The largest workshop space, encompassing 80 square meters, offers an optimal environment for conducting product testing (including large-format items), culinary trials, retail shelf simulations, workshops, and professional conferences.

Our interiors are designed to inspire creative work. The rooms in our studio can be flexibly arranged to meet our clients’ needs. All spaces are comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, and equipped with high-quality multimedia equipment.

We operate not only in Warsaw. Offline and online research with Target Point can be conducted across Poland. We have access to research and workshop spaces various cities in Poland, in both large and small cities.
